Heather and Matt, King Of Prussia, PA

This day was so special. Not only was the couple super sweet, but there were also cute kids, and two adorable PUGS! Yes, the couple let their pugs be part of the celebration (YAY!) I love when couples break the norm, and do whatever makes them happy. I am so glad I got to be a part of this day.

Cultured Workshop

April 30th, I attended the Cultured Workshop. A workshop that focuses on learning about the customs and traditions of other cultures. This workshop was called Lucky in Love, and it concentrated on Chinese weddings. It was such an amazing day a of learning! We spent part of the day photographing two wonderful “couples” as they experienced all of the different aspects of a Chinese Wedding.

Thanks to the amazing team that made this shoot a huge success

Why You Should Do a First Look on Your Wedding Day.

I love a First Look. Honestly, it can be one of my favorite events of a wedding day. Not only does it provide an opportunity for beautiful images, it gives a couple a slight breath in the day, a moment, where just the two of them, get to stop and take it all in. It is intimate, emotional, and just plain magic! I love watching a couple see each other for the first time, and witnessing their wedding day jitters just melt away. It really is the best. It also gives the ability to take some group/couple photos before the ceremony, freeing up some time for the couple to enjoy their guests at cocktail hour. (Doesn’t that sound nice?)

Jersey City Engagement Shoot

Natalie and Jonah share such a sweet love. There is such an ease in their relationship, making it a true joy to photograph them. We spent the evening wandering around Jersey City, where they now call home, and explored their favorite streets and murals. It was such a blast! I cannot wait to photograph their wedding in November.
